According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Bank of Communications Trustee Limited acquired an additional 3 million shares of Chinasoft International (00354) on June 25.
The purchase was executed at an average price of approximately HK$2.9468 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of around HK$8.84 million.
Following this transaction, the trustee's total shareholding in the company has increased to approximately 274 million shares, representing a stake of 10.03%.
