Huadian Power to Review and Release 9M 2026 Unaudited Results on 29 October

The Board of Huadian Power International Corporation Limited will convene on Thursday, 29 October 2026, to consider and vote on the publication of the unaudited results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026.

The agenda includes approval of the third-quarter report covering the Company and its subsidiaries, with immediate release of the financial figures expected following the meeting.

The Board currently comprises 12 directors: Chairman Liu Lei; Vice Chairmen Li Quancheng and Zhu Peng; Executive Directors Li Guoming and Zhu Yueguang; Non-executive Directors Cao Min, Zeng Qinghua and Lin Lin; and Independent Non-executive Directors Wang Yuesheng, Shen Ling, Huang Kemeng and Su Min.

The notification, dated 16 October 2026 and signed by Board Secretary Qin Jiehai, was filed in Beijing.
