Electric logging and fluid sampling not only confirmed the presence of natural gas in the primary target zone but also identified hydrocarbons beyond the main target, further reinforcing the area's status as an emerging "gas province." This discovery is located near the Sirius-1 and Sirius-2 wells, just 8 kilometers away, indicating the potential for integrated development in the region.

The block is operated by a subsidiary of Petrobras, which holds a 44.44% interest, while Ecopetrol SA holds the remaining 55.56% interest.
