Bulletin Express08-03

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share structure across both Hong Kong-listed H-shares and Shanghai-listed A-shares.

CGS’ issued H-share capital closed the month unchanged at 3.69 billion shares, all of which are in public hands; no treasury shares were held. The broker also maintained its Mainland A-share count at 7.24 billion. Total issued share capital for the group therefore stayed steady at 10.93 billion shares, with a par value of RMB 1.00 each.

The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement, which mandates at least a 5% free float for PRC issuers with other listed shares. No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Ng Ka Man on 3 August 2026, indicates that all statutory and regulatory conditions related to the listing remain fulfilled.
