PALASINO Publishes 2025/26 Annual Report and AGM Circular; Shareholders Encouraged to Choose E-Communication

Palasino Holdings Limited released its Annual Report for the 2025/26 financial year together with the circular and proxy form for the upcoming Annual General Meeting dated 22 July 2026. Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.palasinoholdings.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find printed versions enclosed with this notice. All other investors are urged to view the documents online to support the company’s e-communication initiative.

Investors who cannot access the online versions may request printed copies free of charge by completing the reply form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders must keep a functional email address on file. Until a valid address is provided, notices of publication and other actionable documents will be sent in paper form. The company will be regarded as having fulfilled its disclosure obligations once communications are dispatched to the email address supplied without a “non-delivery” response.
