AAC Tech Buys Back 0.03% of Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 40.89 Million

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (AAC Tech) disclosed a repurchase of 300,000 ordinary shares on 9 July 2026 under its ongoing buy-back mandate.

• Scale of transaction The repurchased shares represent 0.03% of AAC Tech’s 1.16 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding before the transaction. Following the buy-back, outstanding shares decreased to 1.16 billion, while treasury shares increased to 40.89 million, maintaining total issued share capital at 1.20 billion.

• Pricing and consideration Shares were purchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 38.08 and HKD 39.30, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 38.62 per share. Aggregate cash consideration amounted to HKD 11.59 million.

• Repurchase authority utilisation The buy-back forms part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises AAC Tech to repurchase up to 116.18 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 4.16 million shares, equivalent to 0.36% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date.

• Issuance moratorium In line with Hong Kong listing rules, AAC Tech is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 August 2026.

The company affirmed that all repurchase activities complied with the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed on 28 April 2026.
