China XLX Fertiliser Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Assignments

China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. released an updated list of its seven-member board of directors as of 23 June 2026, detailing executive responsibilities and committee roles.

The board comprises three Executive Directors (EDs) and four Independent Non-executive Directors (INEDs). • Liu Xingxu continues as Board Chairman and oversees the Group’s overall strategic planning and business development while serving on the Nomination Committee. • Zhang Qingjin, an ED, remains responsible for overall management and day-to-day operations. • Yan Yunhua, an ED, manages all financial matters for the Group and is also a Nomination Committee member.

Among the four INEDs: • Ong Kian Guan chairs the Audit Committee and sits on both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. • Li Shengxiao leads the Nomination Committee and serves on the Audit and Remuneration Committees. • Li Hongxing holds positions on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. • Tan Wei Shyan chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

The announcement underlines the company’s adherence to corporate governance best practices through a clear separation of executive and independent oversight and through dedicated committee leadership across audit, remuneration and nomination functions.
