Chinese mainland wafer fab equipment demand remains solid, high-temperature SPM and furnace products poised as growth drivers, says Acm Research

During today's interim results briefing for fiscal 2026, the Chief Financial Officer of Acm Research (Shanghai), Inc., LISA YI LU FENG, noted that the company sees steady demand for wafer fabrication equipment in mainland China throughout 2026, driven by ongoing capacity expansion among local chipmakers. The high-temperature SPM and vertical furnace product lines are expected to emerge as fresh catalysts for the firm's revenue momentum.

Looking further ahead, management indicated that validation efforts for advanced tools including the Track and PECVD systems are continuing, with the aim of converting these evaluations into volume orders over time. Meanwhile, the company is broadening customer coverage and scaling up production applications for its horizontal panel and electroplating equipment portfolio.
