Qianwen App Fully Integrates with Alipay, Enabling Food Delivery Payments and More Scenarios to Launch

Deep News01-15

On January 15th, the Qianwen App announced its full integration with Taobao Flash Purchase and Alipay AI Pay, enabling users to order food delivery with a single sentence. Users can simply speak naturally in the app's chat box, for example, saying "Order me a cup of milk tea" or "Get me two coffees," and Qianwen will recommend suitable merchants, generate an order, and complete payment through the built-in "Alipay AI Pay" feature with one click. The entire process requires no switching to other applications, achieving the goal of "say it, and it's delivered."

It is reported that Alipay has opened up its native AI payment capability, "AI Pay," designed for general-purpose intelligent agents to the Qianwen App, addressing the pain point of intelligent agents being "easy to decide, hard to pay." This enables intelligent agents to go beyond simple Q&A and truly possess the ability to "get things done." Besides food delivery, the Qianwen App is also set to launch payments for more scenarios based on Alipay AI Pay.

Within the Qianwen App, compared to traditional methods that require interrupting the current process or switching to another app, the operational steps for Alipay AI Pay can be reduced by over 60%.

Alipay stated that Alipay AI Pay enhances payment efficiency while ensuring payment security. Alipay has built a security defense line through a three-fold guarantee of "voluntary activation + personal payment + compensation for theft": users must manually complete account binding for activation, verify their identity using face recognition, fingerprint, or password during payment, and this is supported by a 24/7 multi-dimensional risk control system to ensure every transaction is controllable and trustworthy. It also promises "You Dare to Pay, I Dare to Compensate," allowing users to achieve both "peace of mind" and "assurance."
