Bulletin Express02-09 21:21

Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (Stock code: 00468) has provided an update regarding its proposed change of auditor. According to the announcement dated 9 February 2026, the company has received a second letter from Grant Thornton on 6 February 2026. This letter (the “Second GT Letter”) contains additional written representations in response to the company’s supplemental announcement on 29 January 2026.

The audit committee reiterated concerns regarding the timing of finalizing the Second-Stage Investigation Report, which Grant Thornton considers a prerequisite for concluding the FY2024 audit. The audit committee also emphasized that engaging a new auditor could help meet the required publication timeline for the FY2024 audit, aligning with the conditions under the company’s resumption guidance.

In light of the Second GT Letter, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) originally set for 13 February 2026 will now be postponed to 27 February 2026 at 11 a.m., with the venue remaining at No. 7 Conference Room, A1-4/2F, No. 14 Jiuxianqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the PRC. The associated record date is changed to 27 February 2026, and the register of members will be closed from 24 February 2026 to 27 February 2026 (both dates inclusive). Proxy forms submitted for the previous EGM date will remain valid for this postponed date.
