INSPUR DIGI ENT (00596) rebounded nearly 5% in early trading. At the time of writing, the stock rose 5.15% to HKD 7.15, with a turnover of HKD 21.347 million.

The company recently announced a lightning placement, issuing up to 67.634 million shares to no fewer than six placees, raising a total of HKD 494 million. Additionally, the board proposed relocating the company's registration from the Cayman Islands to Hong Kong.

First Shanghai noted that the placement involved at least six long-term investors, with core investor CPE Yuanfeng Capital—a well-known industrial investment firm—accounting for over 60% of the allocation. The company is actively preparing to move its registration from the Cayman Islands back to Hong Kong while exploring potential opportunities for an A-share listing. This move is expected to reduce financing costs, support valuation recovery, and provide stronger momentum for future business expansion and long-term growth.
