First Shanghai noted that the placement involved at least six long-term investors, with core investor CPE Yuanfeng Capital—a well-known industrial investment firm—accounting for over 60% of the allocation. The company is actively preparing to move its registration from the Cayman Islands back to Hong Kong while exploring potential opportunities for an A-share listing. This move is expected to reduce financing costs, support valuation recovery, and provide stronger momentum for future business expansion and long-term growth.
