Total authorised share capital stayed at RMB 1.03 billion, comprising 1.03 billion H shares and 609,745 domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. The issued share count was also steady at 1.03 billion H shares and 609,745 domestic shares. MedBot held no treasury shares at month-end and reported zero share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases in May.
The company’s 2022 Share Option Scheme shows no outstanding options and no exercises during the month.
