JLMAG (06680) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JLMAG (Ningbo) Investment Co., Ltd., plans to invest no more than 20.8 million yuan in Tianjin Chuangneng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) using its own funds. The move aims to leverage the expertise and investment capabilities of professional institutions to identify high-quality projects aligned with the company's development strategy, thereby enhancing its overall competitiveness.

By collaborating with specialized investment firms through industrial funds, JLMAG seeks to further optimize its industrial chain layout, leveraging its resources and advantages in the rare-earth permanent magnet materials sector. This approach is expected to create a synergistic balance between business operations and capital management, strengthening the company's market position.

Additionally, partnering with external professional investment institutions will provide access to valuable resources, management experience, and robust risk control systems. This collaboration is intended to help JLMAG seize investment opportunities in a timely manner, mitigate risks, and improve the quality of its external investments, ultimately generating greater value for the company and its shareholders.

The investment in Tianjin Chuangneng Fund will be funded entirely from JLMAG's own capital and is not expected to adversely affect the company's financial condition or operational results. The initiative supports the company's strategic objectives without compromising the interests of the company or its shareholders.
