CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) has convened a Special General Meeting (SGM) for 27 April 2026 at 1:45 p.m. (Hong Kong time) / 6:45 a.m. (London time). The hybrid meeting will take place onsite at the Harbour Grand Kowloon Hotel in Hong Kong and simultaneously via the Lumi online platform, allowing shareholders to attend, raise questions and vote either in person or virtually.
Shareholders logging in online may access the platform from 1:15 p.m. (Hong Kong time) using the meeting ID 800-698-622-458, together with their 10-digit Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) and five-digit PIN printed on the notification letter. Electronic votes cast during the meeting will be deemed final once the voting session closes and will override any proxy instructions previously lodged.
The core agenda of the SGM is to consider and approve the proposed disposal of UK Power Networks, details of which are set out in the company’s circular dated 8 April 2026. The circular, the formal SGM notice and the proxy form—collectively termed the “Current Corporate Communications”—are available in both English and Chinese on CKI’s website (https://www.cki.com.hk) and on the HKEX website (https://www.hkexnews.hk). English versions of the circular and SGM notice have also been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism for inspection.
Printed copies of future corporate communications can be requested by submitting the designated form to the company’s branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email (cki.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post. Each request remains valid for up to one year unless revoked or replaced in writing.
CKI advises shareholders to monitor the company’s website and the dedicated SGM page for any updates to meeting arrangements that may arise on short notice. For enquiries, shareholders may contact the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8558.
