Meidong Auto Appoints Joanna Lau to Succeed Charmayne Chan as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

China MeiDong Auto Holdings Limited (Meidong Auto) has announced a senior management change, effective 19 October 2026. Ms. Charmayne Chan has resigned from three key roles: Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Authorised Representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. Chan confirmed she has no disagreement with the Board and is unaware of any matters needing shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Stepping into all three positions is Ms. Joanna Lau, currently Head of Corporate Services, Greater China at Acclime Corporate Services Limited. Lau is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK), holding the designations of Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Ye Fan, extended its appreciation to Chan for her service and welcomed Lau to her new roles. The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 15 October 2026.
