Sinopec sets RMB0.112 final dividend for FY2025, payment on 26 June 2026

China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) has released details of its final cash dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Dividend details • Amount: RMB 0.112 per share, classified as an ordinary final dividend. • Currency conversion: The Hong Kong dollar equivalent will be announced once the exchange rate is fixed. • Shareholders’ approval: 13 May 2026.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 8 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 9 June 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 10–16 June 2026 • Record date: 16 June 2026 • Payment date: 26 June 2026

Withholding tax framework (selected rates) • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% • Non-resident individual shareholders—standard treaty rate: 10% • Non-resident individual shareholders—no treaty or 20% treaty rate: 20% • Mainland investors holding H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% (individuals and funds) • Hong Kong investors holding A-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 10%

The company notes that investors from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10% may apply for refunds of excess tax withheld once approved by the competent tax authorities.
