CGII HLDGS Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Opens Requests for Printed Copies

China Gas Industry Investment Holdings Co. Ltd. (“CGII HLDGS”) has released its 2026 Interim Report, now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cgiihldgs.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to review the digital version but may request printed copies at no cost. To obtain hard-copy materials—either in English, Chinese, or both—shareholders should complete the accompanying reply form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local submissions; alternatively, requests can be emailed to ecom@cgiihldgs.com.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until a functional address is on file, the company will dispatch printed notices and actionable documents by post. The current preference indicated via the reply form will apply to all future corporate and actionable communications until amended in writing or until 31 December 2027, whichever occurs first.
