Major Shareholder Reduces Stake in Zhejiang Dayuan Pumps Industry

On June 9th, Zhejiang Dayuan Pumps Industry Co.,Ltd. (603757) issued an announcement regarding a reduction in shareholding by a major shareholder.

Shareholder Han Yuanfu sold 1.65 million shares, representing 0.88% of the company's total share capital, through a block trade. This transaction lowered his direct ownership stake from 10.91% to 10.03%.

Prior to this change, the combined shareholding of Han Yuanfu and his concert parties was 51.09%. Following the sale, their aggregate stake decreased to 50.21%, representing a reduction of more than 1%.

For the first quarter of 2026, the company reported revenue of 364 million yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders of 11.46 million yuan.
