On October 23, financial sources reported that Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Rural Commercial Bank announced today that it has recently received the approval from the Suzhou Financial Supervision Bureau regarding the amendments to its articles of association (Suzhou Jin Fu [2025] No. 193). The amendments, approved during the bank's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, will now proceed with the necessary procedures for industrial and commercial change registration.
