Value Partners Introduces Electronic Communication Election for New Shareholders

Bulletin Express04-01

Value Partners Group Limited released a shareholder notice dated 2 April 2026 detailing the election arrangements for receiving future corporate communications.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B, newly registered shareholders may choose either:

1) Website Version – read or download future documents from www.valuepartners-group.com; or 2) Printed Version – continue to receive hard copies.

Shareholders selecting the Website Version will subsequently receive a notification—by post or email—whenever new materials are uploaded. Those who do not return the enclosed reply form will automatically be treated as having opted for the Website Version, though they may switch preferences at any time by giving reasonable prior written or email notice to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.

Printed copies remain available free of charge on request, and both English and Chinese versions of all documents will be posted on the company website and HKEXnews. If access difficulties arise, Value Partners will promptly supply hard copies at the shareholder’s risk during postal transit.

Enquiries can be directed to the company hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., excluding public holidays.

The notice was signed by Company Secretary Yan Shuk Ling, Sharleen, on behalf of Value Partners Group Limited.
