According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 6, CITIC SEC's Yunfan Single Asset Management Plan increased its stake in CGN POWER (01816) by 28.886 million shares.
The purchase price was HK$2.999 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately HK$86.6291 million.
Following this acquisition, the plan's latest shareholding amounts to approximately 579 million shares, representing a 5.18% stake in the company.
