MGM China Implements Paperless Distribution for 2026 Interim Report and Future Communications

Bulletin Express09-03 17:05

MGM China Holdings Limited released a shareholder notice on 4 September 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company website (https://en.mgmchinaholdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Under the expanded paperless regime set out in HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, MGM China has shifted to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services—to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications.

Key operational details: • Printed copies of the 2026 Interim Report will be supplied free of charge upon written request to the share registrar. • Actionable corporate communications—items requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be distributed individually in printed form or by email based on each shareholder’s indicated preference. • Requests to receive printed materials are valid for one year and must be renewed thereafter. • Shareholders who do not provide a functional email address will need to monitor the company and HKEX websites actively for new publications and will receive only actionable items in print.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during regular business hours. Antonio Menano, Company Secretary, signed the notice on behalf of the Board.
