JinXin Fertility Group, trading under the symbol JXR (01951), has announced a positive profit forecast.
The company anticipates that for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, the group will (i) achieve a turnaround to profitability, shifting from a net loss of approximately RMB 1.044 billion in the first half of 2025 to a period profit of no less than RMB 90 million in the first half of 2026; (ii) record EBITDA (a non-IFRS measure) of no less than RMB 290 million, compared to a negative EBITDA of about RMB 938.2 million in the first half of 2025; (iii) achieve adjusted EBITDA (a non-IFRS measure) of no less than RMB 300 million, versus an adjusted EBITDA of approximately RMB 224.7 million in the first half of 2025; and (iv) post an adjusted net profit of no less than RMB 120 million, compared to an adjusted net profit of around RMB 82.3 million in the first half of 2025.
The increases in both adjusted EBITDA and adjusted net profit are primarily attributed to: (i) the ongoing recovery of the group's U.S. operations, leading to an increased number of egg retrieval cycles; (ii) the continued expansion of personalized services, driving an increase in VIP client penetration; and (iii) the further promotion and popularization of assisted reproductive services in China, contributing to an overall rise in new infertility patient visits.
The company's transition from a net loss to a net profit and from negative to positive EBITDA is mainly due to the absence of significant impairment losses and other one-off items that were recognized in the first half of 2025 during the current period.
