Link Holdings Limited announced that its controlling shareholder, Ace Kingdom Enterprises Corporation, disposed of 4.94 million shares on 15 September 2026 through on-market transactions at an average price of HKD0.80 per share. The sale represents 2.46% of the company’s issued share capital.

Following the transaction, Ace Kingdom’s holding fell from 91.02 million shares (45.28% of issued capital) to 86.07 million shares (42.82%).

Ace Kingdom’s ownership structure is as follows: 36% held by Boomerang Investment Limited, 35% by Mr. Kwok Yi Chit, 20% by Billion Supreme Holdings Limited, and 9% by Mr. Yuen Lai Him (a non-executive director of Link Holdings). Boomerang Investment Limited is ultimately owned 50% by Mr. Wong Chun Hung Hanson (non-executive director), 25% by Mr. Wong Hoi Cheung, and 25% by Mr. Lui Tin Shun (executive director). Billion Supreme Holdings Limited is ultimately owned 75% by Mr. Hui Ngai and 25% by Mr. Ng Tin Wai.

The Board stated that the disposal is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the Group’s operations and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
