TRANSTECH (09963) has announced an upcoming adjustment to its share short names on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from 9:00 AM on August 26, 2026.
The English short name for its ordinary shares will be revised from "TRANSTECH" to "TRANSTECH OPTEL", while the Chinese short name will change from "高科桥" to "高科桥光导", according to a company filing.
This rebranding initiative is designed to provide the public with a clearer representation of the company's operational activities. Notably, the stock code for TRANSTECH will remain unchanged at 9963 throughout this transition.
