GUANGSHEN RAIL (00525) announced that due to adjustments in the board structure, Mr. Zhang Zhe submitted his resignation as a non-executive director on December 4, 2025. In accordance with the amended articles of association, the company held its second employee congress on the same day and elected Mr. Liu Qiyi as an employee representative director (non-executive director) of the 10th board, with his term lasting until the end of the 10th board's tenure. Following the extraordinary general meeting, the board approved the appointment of non-executive director Mr. Li Danjiang and employee representative director (non-executive director) Mr. Liu Qiyi as members of the board's audit committee, with their terms also lasting until the end of the 10th board's tenure.
