Geely Auto Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Updates Shareholder Communication Arrangements

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (“Geely Auto”) notified shareholders on 28 August 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report—available in both English and Chinese—has been uploaded to the company website (http://www.geelyauto.com.hk) and to HKEXnews (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice emphasizes that investors who have not yet provided an email address, or whose email address on file is invalid, may now opt to receive future corporate-communication alerts electronically. To activate this option, shareholders must complete, sign and return the prescribed Reply Form by email (175-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), by post, or in person to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Hard-copy communications remain available upon request at no cost. Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials should note that such instructions lapse one year after the registrar receives the initial request, unless revoked or renewed in writing before expiry.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to Union Registrars Limited on (852) 2849 3399 during business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
