Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited (In Liquidation) has warned that the HK$10.00 million 0.1 percent Bonds due 12 September 2026 will not be repaid at maturity, constituting an event of default under the bond terms. The principal and any accrued interest are “not expected to be paid on or before” the maturity date.
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will delist the Bonds on 14 September 2026, two days after the scheduled maturity. Following delisting, bondholders seeking information must contact the Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators at 27/F, One Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong or via project.phoenix@parthenon.ey.com.
The disclosure follows a series of developments: trading in the Bonds was suspended on 27 June 2022; joint provisional liquidators were appointed on 16 August 2022; and the company was ordered wound up on 24 November 2025. Quarterly updates on the resumption progress were released on 30 June 2025, 30 September 2025, 9 January 2026, 8 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, with trading in the company’s shares remaining suspended.
Governance remains minimal, comprising one executive director, Mr. Zhang Guocheng, and one non-executive director, Mr. Li Jianwen. The Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators—Michael Penrose, So Kit Yee Anita, Lau Wun Man and Joel Edwards—continue to act as agents without personal liability.
