Kweichow Moutai Faces Execution Order of 1.58 Million Yuan, Company Confirms No Liability in Third-Party Contract Dispute

On September 16, a new enforcement information entry was added for Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. (600519). The case was filed with the Xishui County People's Court, with an execution amount of 1.5809 million yuan, under case number (2026) Qian 0330 Zhi 6003.

In response to the situation, a relevant person in charge of Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. stated: "This case involves an internal contract dispute among third-party companies. Upon trial and investigation, the court has determined that Kweichow Moutai bears no liability whatsoever. At present, the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System has made corrections, and the company is currently communicating to rectify related information forwarded or cited by other platforms."
