Golden Leaf International Group has announced its full-year results for the period ending March 31, 2026.
The company reported revenue of HK$155 million, representing a marginal increase of 0.26% year-on-year.
However, the company's attributable loss for the year was HK$9.078 million, a reversal from profit to loss compared to the prior period.
The loss per share was HK$0.0003.
The company stated that while revenue remained stable, its profitability was primarily impacted by several key factors.
These included non-recurring listing expenses associated with its successful initial public offering on the GEM board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Additionally, administrative expenses increased due to strategic investments in talent, management resources, and corporate infrastructure to support future business development.
The board of directors believes these strategic investments will enhance the group's operational efficiency, corporate governance standards, and competitiveness, laying a foundation for long-term sustainable growth.
