According to a report from Bloomberg, Apple is intensifying its development efforts for a special 20th-anniversary iPhone model slated for release next year.
Multiple rumors suggest the commemorative device will feature an all-screen design with curved glass on all sides, creating a near-borderless visual effect.
The company is expected to launch two versions of this anniversary iPhone, with sizes comparable to the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max set for release this September.
Given that the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max are anticipated to retain the same dimensions as the current iPhone 17 Pro series, this indicates the anniversary model will likely offer 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch display options.
Apple plans to unveil this 20th-anniversary iPhone alongside the second-generation foldable iPhone.
All three of these devices are expected to be powered by a 2-nanometer A21 chip.
Separately, Apple is also developing the iPhone 19, which will house a different variant of the A21 chip—likely the standard version rather than the Pro version.
