Feiyu Technology (01022) announced that on April 2, 2026, Xiamen Feiyu, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a gaming business cooperation framework agreement with Tencent Computing. The agreement is effective from April 2, 2026, until December 31, 2028. Under the framework agreement, Xiamen Feiyu (and its affiliates) and Tencent Computing (and its affiliates) will collaborate in the gaming business. This cooperation will primarily include, but not be limited to, game development, game operations, game payment services, and in-game advertising. The specific terms for each collaborative business transaction will be detailed in separate definitive agreements to be entered into by the parties according to the provisions of the framework agreement. The board of directors further believes that the Tencent Group, as a major player in China's gaming market, possesses extensive industry resources, a vast user base, and strong operational capabilities, making it a significant long-term strategic partner for the group. The gaming business cooperation framework agreement will enable the group to leverage Tencent's established platform and market position, thereby supporting the group's sustainable business development in the mini-game sector.
