CM BANK's London Branch Gains LSE Admission for 3 Billion Yuan Note

CM BANK (03968) has announced that its London branch successfully issued a 3 billion yuan note with a 1.73% coupon rate, maturing in 2029, under the bank's $5 billion medium-term note program. The note has been approved for trading on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market, effective April 22, 2026.
