Zhou Hei Ya adds 131,000 shares to June-July buy-back; 7.17 million shares repurchased under 2026 mandate

Hong Kong – 10 July 2026 – Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited reported in a Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 131,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026. The on-market purchases were executed at prices between HKD 1.26 and HKD 1.30 per share, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.17 million. All of these shares are designated for cancellation; the company continues to hold no treasury shares.

Including this latest transaction, repurchases conducted between 1 June and 10 July now total approximately 9.16 million shares, equivalent to about 0.44 % of the company’s 2.08 billion issued shares. Based on the volume-weighted average prices disclosed for each trading day, the cumulative outlay for the programme amounts to roughly HKD 9.18 million.

Under the general mandate approved on 10 June 2026, Zhou Hei Ya is authorised to buy back up to 211.29 million shares. Since the mandate became effective, the company has acquired 7.17 million shares (0.34 % of shares outstanding). In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Zhou Hei Ya is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 9 August 2026.
