China Wacan (01920) has announced a proposal from its board of directors to change the company's English name from "CHINA WACAN GROUP COMPANY LIMITED" to "JUNWEA GROUP (CHINA) COMPANY LIMITED." The company's Chinese name will also be revised from "中国网成集团股份有限公司" to "巨美集团(中国)股份有限公司."
