ELEPHANT HLDGS (08635) announced that, effective April 15, 2026, Independent Non-Executive Director Li Xinjuan has been reassigned from a member of the Board Nomination Committee to the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Board Chairman and Executive Director Di Xiaoguang has been reassigned from the Chairman of the Nomination Committee to a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Wu Haiying has been promoted to the Group's Chief Information Officer, effective April 15, 2026. Mr. Yang Yingdeng has been appointed as the Group's Chief Technology Officer, effective April 15, 2026.
