BOYAA (00434) repurchases 351,000 shares for HK$1.04 million, treasury stock reaches 3.54 million shares

Boyaa Interactive International Limited (stock code 00434) disclosed that on 17 March 2026 it repurchased 351,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a unit price of HK$2.97, for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.04 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0457% to 767,433,730 shares. Treasury shares increased to 3,543,000, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 770,976,730.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate granted on 23 May 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 71,018,373 shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3,543,000 shares, representing 0.50% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Boyaa is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 16 April 2026.
