Upon the company's request, PwC has agreed to resign as auditor, effective December 12, 2025.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has approved the appointment of Dahsin Liang & Co. (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by PwC's resignation.
