Feiyang Group Forges Strategic Alliances with DingTalk China and Red Bear AI to Accelerate AI-Powered Cultural Tourism

Stock News09-10

Feiyang Group (01901) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Feiyang International Travel Group Co., Ltd., has recently entered into strategic cooperation agreements with DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Suanmo Suanyang Technology Co., Ltd. (Red Bear AI), focusing on the deep application of artificial intelligence technology within the cultural tourism industry.

Under the agreement with DingTalk China, Feiyang International will serve as a priority service provider and ecosystem partner for DingTalk Qianwen in the cultural tourism sector. The collaboration aims to empower the industry through AI: internally, leveraging DingTalk Qianwen and associated training support to drive the intelligent upgrade of the group's operations and service systems; externally, jointly promoting DingTalk's AI products and services to cultural tourism customers, positioning the group as a primary gateway for Alibaba's AI ecosystem to enter the sector and unlocking new business opportunities for ecosystem collaboration.

Additionally, both parties will jointly develop replicable and scalable intelligent tourism case studies. In line with the agreement with Red Bear AI, the latter will utilize its proprietary MemoryBear brain-like memory engine as the core foundation to construct a dedicated memory repository for Feiyang International. This will consolidate the group's years of accumulated user profiles and service data into a retrievable and reusable enterprise-level data asset. The repository will be built as an independent entity, integrated with the group's existing and future business systems to ensure autonomous control over data assets.

Subsequent cooperation will involve in-depth collaboration on developing multi-scenario AI agents. Having operated in the cultural tourism industry for over 25 years, the group specializes in outbound tourism, domestic travel, air ticket and business travel services, and cultural tourism scenic area operations. The board believes these two collaborations will help the group activate data assets through AI, enhance service and operational efficiency, and promote the construction of the group's cultural tourism AI-OPC entrepreneurship community, aligning with the group's business upgrade direction and the overall best interests of the company and its shareholders.
