Dingdang Health Moves to Full Digital Distribution of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express09-24

Dingdang Health Technology Group Ltd. has confirmed the switch to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, encompassing directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Effective immediately, both English and Chinese versions of every forthcoming document will be posted on the company’s website (www.ddjkjt.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form, returning the completed reply form, or emailing ddjk.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Supplying an email address ensures timely receipt of any “Actionable Corporate Communications”, defined as materials requiring shareholder instructions or elections.

Until shareholders provide a valid email address, the company will continue to mail printed actionable documents. Investors preferring hard-copy communications may request them via the reply form or email; such requests remain effective for one year from receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
