Metallurgical Corporation Of China Ltd. (ASX: 601618) has issued an announcement regarding its share repurchase activities.

The company stated that as of June 30, 2026, it had cumulatively repurchased 32 million H-shares. These shares were subsequently canceled on June 2, 2026.

Further buyback activity occurred between July 1, 2026, and July 20, 2026. During this period, the company repurchased an additional 25.936 million H-shares.

This most recent repurchase represents approximately 0.12535% of the company's total share capital, calculated after the cancellation of the previously repurchased shares.

The transactions were executed at a highest price of HK$1.52 per share and a lowest price of HK$1.35 per share.

The total consideration paid for the shares bought in July amounted to HK$37.6186 million, excluding transaction costs.
