HSBC Holdings (00005) has announced the issuance of conditional awards to employees and former employees. These awards, granted under the 2011 HSBC Share Plan on March 31, 2026, allow the subscription of a total of 2.1197 million ordinary shares in the company, each with a nominal value of $0.50.
