Winto Group Announces Board Reshuffle: Liu Xiangming Appointed as Executive Director

Winto Group (08238) has announced board changes effective May 13, 2026. Mr. Li Jinqiu has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company to dedicate more time to other business affairs. Mr. Li Guolin has resigned from his roles as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee to focus on other commercial commitments. Mr. Liu Xiangming has been appointed as an executive director of the company. Ms. Wang Shiling has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee.
