CN Culture GP Extends Long Stop Date for Warrant Issuance to 31 August 2026

China National Culture Group Limited (CN Culture GP) has postponed the long stop date for completing the conditions precedent of its Warrant Subscription Agreements. Originally set for 30 June 2026, the deadline is now extended to 31 August 2026 after mutual agreement on 26 June 2026.

The extension allows additional time for the relevant parties to satisfy outstanding conditions linked to the proposed issue of warrants under a specific mandate. All other provisions of the Subscription Agreements remain unchanged and in full effect.

Board composition at the announcement date (26 June 2026) comprises Executive Directors Wang Shidi, Sun Wei and Man Qiaozhen, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Liu Kwong Sang, Wang Miaojun and Wang Yujie.

The announcement reiterates that, should the revised long stop date pass without fulfilment of all conditions, either party may terminate the agreements by written notice, resulting in their lapse with no further effect.
