According to an internal memo, Bank of America's co-head of investment banking, Mike Joo, is leaving the firm to pursue opportunities outside the company.
The memo indicates that Faiz Ahmad and Karim Assef will continue to work closely together, leading the planning, direction, and daily operations of the bank's global investment banking business.
