In the Yangtze River Delta region, following the retirement of Cheng Chuntao, President of the Shanghai Branch, Guo Xianming, the current President of the Changzhou Branch, is slated to take over the Shanghai role. To fill the resulting vacancy at the Changzhou Branch, Zhang Qi, General Manager of the Head Office's Consumer Rights Protection Department, is proposed for the position.
Background on the Appointees
Guo Xianming previously served as Deputy President of Hua Xia Bank's Suzhou Branch and later as Deputy President of the Shenzhen Branch. He assumed the role of President of the Changzhou Branch in November 2023.
Zhang Qi's prior experience includes serving as General Manager of the Head Office's Legal and Compliance Department. The bank elevated its Consumer Rights Protection Department to a first-tier department at the head office level in 2025.

Further adjustments include Jiang Yuhong, a division head within the Head Office's Financial Markets Department, who is proposed for the role of Deputy President of the Shanghai Branch.
Additionally, Shang Gao, currently Deputy President of the Beijing Sub-Center Branch, is set to be transferred to the position of Deputy President of the Harbin Branch.
