WS-SK Target releases circular on major land acquisition and convenes EGM

WS-SK Target Group Limited (the “Company”) on 23 July 2026 announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest circular—covering (i) a Major Transaction concerning the acquisition of a parcel of land and (ii) the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)—have been published on both the Company’s website (www.sktargetgroup.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the online version but may request free printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8427-ecom@vistra.com. Mailing labels are provided for local postage-free returns.

Shareholders who hold their shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited may also elect to receive future corporate communications electronically by supplying a functional email address to their respective intermediaries.
