China Cinda Nominates Ms. Shi Cuijun for New Three-Year Term as Independent Non-Executive Director

On 28 May 2026, the Board of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. approved the nomination of Ms. Shi Cuijun for re-election as an independent non-executive director. The appointment will take effect for a three-year term once endorsed at the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting.

Ms. Shi, born in April 1969, has served on the Board since April 2023 and will continue her roles on the Audit Committee, Connected Transaction Control Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Her qualifications meet all statutory, regulatory and Articles of Association requirements, and she has confirmed compliance with the independence criteria under Rule 3.13 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

A seasoned legal professional, Ms. Shi is an arbitrator with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Her prior positions include general counsel at State Grid Assets Management Co., Ltd. and senior legal counsel at Siemens Ltd., China. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Beijing Union University (1992) and a master’s degree in banking and financial law from Boston University (2001).

Ms. Shi has no shareholding in China Cinda, no connections with substantial shareholders or core connected persons, and no record of regulatory penalties. She has entered into a service contract with remuneration to be determined by the Board and shareholders in accordance with company policy.
