On 28 May 2026, the Board of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. approved the nomination of Ms. Shi Cuijun for re-election as an independent non-executive director. The appointment will take effect for a three-year term once endorsed at the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting.

Her prior positions include general counsel at State Grid Assets Management Co., Ltd. and senior legal counsel at Siemens Ltd., China. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Beijing Union University (1992) and a master’s degree in banking and financial law from Boston University (2001).
Ms. Shi has no shareholding in China Cinda, no connections with substantial shareholders or core connected persons, and no record of regulatory penalties. She has entered into a service contract with remuneration to be determined by the Board and shareholders in accordance with company policy.
