Shenzhen HQVT Technology Co., Ltd. (HQVT) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026. The agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
• Deliberating on the potential declaration of an interim dividend.
The session will be chaired by Board Chairman Mr. Zhou Bo. The Board currently comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
The company plans to publish the interim results and any dividend resolution after the meeting’s conclusion.
