NetDragon Sets 29 May 2026 Cut-Off for Shareholder Response on Digital Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-28 16:47

NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited has distributed a reply form enabling registered shareholders to choose how they wish to receive all future corporate communications.

Shareholders are offered four options: 1. Electronic version via a written notice (email or post) advising that the document is available on the company website (www.nd.com.cn). 2. Printed English version by post. 3. Printed Chinese version by post. 4. Printed versions in both English and Chinese by post.

The completed and signed reply form must be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by email, fax or post. Contact details provided include email 777-ecom@vistra.com and fax (852) 2890 9350.

If no reply or objection is received by 29 May 2026, the company will treat the shareholder as having consented to receive only the electronic version. A notification letter of each future publication will then be sent instead of physical documents.

The selected method will remain effective for all subsequent corporate communications unless the registrar receives new instructions. Upon request, NetDragon will supply printed copies in either or both languages, while electronic versions will continue to be accessible on the company website.

Queries regarding completion of the reply form can be directed to Tricor’s enquiry hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
